Haha, newbie alert-miki bihon’s basically bihon’s chewier cousin from Pampanga, no fancy skills needed. Sauté tons of garlic/onion, chicken or shrimp till golden, toss in carrots, cabbage, green beans, soy-oyster sauce mix + broth. Parboil miki (wheat) & bihon (rice) noodles separate, stir ’em in. Fried garlic + calamansi on top = authentic AF. Skip the garlic overload at your peril, or it’s just bland noodles. Enjoy, lodi! 😜
