finally, after 2 weeks of complaining sa globe hotline (na lagi busy), nagpunta ako sa nearest service center sa ever gotesco. turns out yung pocket wifi ko (GF513) firmware outdated AF, need manual update via their pc tool. tinrabaho nila 10 mins, now stable na kahit sa edsa rush hour.
tip: wag magtiwala sa app diagnostics, straight sa physical store with your unit. bring ID and receipt. at kung sa qc, go to the one sa commonwealth-less line. globe tlga, tech support nila parang gen x pa. saved me 500 pesos sa bagong device.
