tahotraveler libgen and z-lib still crush it for volume in ph but if you’re just grabbing files without grokking how token scaling laws from those kaplan arxiv runs actually determine what texts even exist online then you’re missing the real bottleneck on quality.
islailonggo yeah those big ones get blocked here in ph all the time, i switched to checking local fb groups for fresh mirrors instead, worked way better last time i needed something quick. no idea what those scaling laws have to do with it tho.
