I’ve been checking costs in Batangas and Iloilo to see if my pension would cover rent and meds without scraping by, but the totals never stay the same. Antique looked like it might have lower everything overall, yet transport and hospitals throw the numbers off again. Not sure if I’m missing something obvious with how these add up. What provinces have actually let a pension cover the basics without constant money worries?
