I’ve noticed that stretch near Cubao always adds a full hour even after the rain stops and no accidents are showing up. Someone mentioned it’s just too many cars flooding in at once, but I’m not convinced that’s the real issue. They suggested checking the traffic light timing along the main roads, and it supposedly helped them, but did that actually hold up long term? How do you time your trips to miss the worst of it?
