Trading deposit errors locking dashboard - app or verification?

this online trading setup keeps kicking back errors on my first deposit try, even after double checking the bank link and the PSEi symbols I wanted to start with, now the whole dashboard is locked or something and I can’t even see the order screen properly. tried switching browsers and clearing cache but it’s the same mess. stuck on whether it’s the app version or my account verification that’s the real block.

Sounds like verification hold on the account side, those first deposits often lock the dashboard until cleared. Check your email for any kyc follow-up from the broker.

Checked the emails but nothing new about verification showed up, still can’t get past the locked screen.
