Why do the provinces keep losing out on steady work while everything piles up in Metro Manila and a couple of other spots?
My cousin finished a business degree last year and tried hunting from our hometown in the south instead of moving. Listings were mostly sales gigs or informal setups that didn’t line up with what he trained for, and even after sending out tailored applications the callbacks stayed zero.
